I have over 9 years B2B marketing experience across the APAC region for; Employment Hero(B2B2C), CommBank, Samsung, Nasdaq, Thomson Reuters and Thomson Financial.

At Nasdaq, Thomson Reuters and Thomson Financial I managed and executed both the marketing and design for the APAC region. I was responsible for the marketing strategy and campaign execution, and marketed Corporate Solutions products and services in the Asia Pacific region to organisations including; investor relations solution SaaS subscription product Thomson ONE IR (now Nasdaq IR Insight), IR Advisory Services, IR websites & IR webcasts, business intelligence solutions SaaS subscription products Thomson ONE Corporate Research, Thomson ONE Corporate Development and Thomson ONE Corporate Intelligence (now LSEG Thomson ONE Wealth), board and governance solutions – including Nasdaq SaaS product BoardVantage Board Portal and BWise (now owned by SAI Global)) and multimedia solutions – including SaaS product Multimedia Centre Platform (now owned by Intrado) and iShowcase.

B2B Achievements

  • At Samsung I was responsible for managing the redesign of the Apps and the Business sections of the website.
  • Gold Thomson Reuters Above & Beyond Award in 2013 for the launch of Multimedia Channel Partner Program product.
  • Platinum Thomson Reuters Above & Beyond Award in 2012 for negotiating a new sponsorship agreement and saving Thomson Reuters over $10,000 and gaining 6 joint webinar events with AIRA.
  • Rebranding and launching of Thomson Financial Corporate Solutions to Thomson Reuters Corporate Solutions in the APAC region. Rebranding Thomson Reuters Corporate Solutions to Nasdaq OMX and later Nasdaq in the APAC region.
  • At Nasdaq I was also responsible for the launch of new Board and Governance SaaS product BoardVantage and new board solutions in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Achieving revenue growth of 20 – 25% each year at Nasdaq, Thomson Reuters and Thomson Financial.
  • I managed a rebrand of Thomson Reuters Corporate Solutions to Nasdaq in 2013.
  • I managed a rebrand of Thomson Financial Corporate Solutions to Thomson Reuters in 2008.

Employment Hero

At Employment Hero I’ve been responsible for B2B2C campaigns to employers using Employment Hero software (HR and payroll) to be advocates for the Employment Hero Work app (previously Swag), and to get their employees to download and use the app for all of their work admin.

CommBank

I managed an internal website and the build of a new internal bank website Compass, plus updating the business loans and overdrafts pages of the CommBank website. I developed the marketing and content strategy for the Business Loans section of the CommBank website.

Samsung

I was the country digital manager at Samsung managing all digital channels across B2B and B2C including; the website, ecommerce store, digital advertising and social media.

I was responsible for a redesign of the business and apps sections of the website.

Nasdaq, Thomson Reuters & Thomson Financial

For over 8.5 years I managed the B2B marketing for the Asia Pacific region for Nasdaq, Thomson Reuters, and Thomson Financial in the Corporate Solutions division through two company acquisitions. I managed the marketing for Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and South Korea. SaaS products and solutions marketed included; investor relations solutions, business intelligence solutions, board and governance solutions and multimedia solutions.

At Nasdaq, Thomson Reuters and Thomson Financial I marketed Corporate Solutions products and services in the Asia Pacific region to organisations; investor relations solution SaaS subscription based product; Thomson ONE IR (now Nasdaq IR Insight), IR Advisory Services, IR websites & IR webcasts. Also business intelligence solutions SaaS subscription based products; Thomson ONE Corporate Research, Thomson ONE Corporate Development & Thomson ONE Corporate Intelligence. Plus board and governance solutions; including Nasdaq SaaS product BoardVantage Board Portal and BWise (now owned by SAI Global)) and multimedia solutions – including SaaS product Multimedia Centre Platform (now owned by Intrado) and iShowcase.

I was responsible for customer acquisition, brand campaigns, partnerships and sponsorships, customer retention, cross selling products, and thought leadership and content marketing. I was responsible for marketing strategy, copywriting, design, and campaign execution of; case studies, white papers, product guides, fact sheets, sales collateral, branded goods, digital and print advertising, email campaigns, website content, webinars, events, sponsorships and more.

Additionally I was responsible for two rebrands; a rebrand from Thomson Reuters Corporate Services to Nasdaq, and a rebrand of Thomson Financial Corporate Services to Thomson Reuters Corporate Services.

I was responsible for localising global campaigns and also created new content and campaigns for the APAC region.

Managing the Corporate Solutions APAC region marketing at Nasdaq, Thomson Reuters and Thomson Financial included;

  • Management of B2B SaaS product marketing for the Asia Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and South Korea).
  • Responsible for the marketing strategy, digital strategy & product positioning for for product pillars; investor relations solutions, business intelligence solutions, board & governance solutions, and multimedia solutions.
  • Responsible for launching multiple products in the APAC region including governance & board SaaS solutions.
  • Management of lifecycle marketing (engagement, cross selling and retention).
  • Localisation of U.S. marketing collateral and campaigns for the APAC region.
  • Brand Ambassador for Thomson Reuters in the APAC region.
